Build the Future of Physical Trade
We're an early-stage team building something that doesn't exist yet — an execution rules protocol for physical supply chains.
Why Join Us
Not another startup
Hard Problems
Protocol enforcement, state machines, hash chains, strict transaction isolation. These are problems that require depth — not another CRUD app.
Real Impact
Protocol used in physical trade. Code that affects how goods move, how claims are verified, and how consequences are enforced. Atoms, not just bits.
Early Stage
Shape the architecture, the culture, and the protocol from the ground up. No legacy code, no committees. Just a small team building something that doesn't exist yet.
Open Positions
Current openings
These roles are indicative. We evaluate every candidate on merit, not just role fit. If none of these match but you're passionate about what we're building, reach out anyway.
Backend Engineer (Go)
Work on the core Transit Protocol — eligibility gate, state machine, security operations, and strict transaction handling. You'll write code that runs at the enforcement boundary of physical trade.
Full Stack Engineer
Build the licensee dashboard, API integration layer, and licensing portal. React/Next.js frontend connected to the Transit Protocol backend. You'll make the protocol accessible to non-engineers.
Developer Relations
Write the documentation, build the developer community, and help licensees integrate. You'll translate protocol internals into clear, actionable guides and be the bridge between engineering and the market.
Values
How we work
Ship Real Things
Working protocol over slide decks. Demo over description. We measure progress by what's deployed, not what's planned.
Depth Over Breadth
Know the crypto. Know the database. Know the domain. We'd rather have someone who deeply understands one system than someone who superficially knows ten.
Write It Down
Documentation is part of the work, not an afterthought. If it's not written down, it doesn't exist — consistent with our protocol's philosophy.
Prove It
Claims without evidence are worthless — in our protocol and in our work. Show the test results, show the benchmark, show the hash chain.
